Medical Spa and Wellness Center Policies

Please be aware that a Credit Card is required to be kept on file to reserve your appointment. 

We understand that certain circumstances are sometimes unavoidable and you may need to change your appointment due to unforeseen changes in your schedule. We kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or change your appointment**. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged 50%-100% of your scheduled service fee. Missed appointments without any notice, AKA “No Shows” are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service fe

**Exceptions:

  1. PDO consults/appointments need to be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  2. I.V. Vitamin Drip appointments may result in the full charge of the service as these drips are ordered 72 hours in advance and are customized for you by our off site compounding pharmacy.

Due to scheduling commitments to our other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late to.

All treatments, services, packages, gift cards, and products purchased are nonrefundable. We do not accept exchanges or give refunds.

Everyone’s time is valuable and deserves to be respected. We hope you understand the need for these policies as they have been put in place to be fair to all parties. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
